Each week we plan and prepare a selection of foods that are gluten-free, dairy-free and for the most part egg-free. These are packaged conveniently and made available to you for pick-up (Altadena location) or delivery in the Los Angeles area. Gluten-Free Global meals are prepared in a shared facility that handles wheat, gluten and dairy. However, gluten-free meals are prepared at a time when the kitchen is not in use by anyone other than the gluten-free trained staff. The utensils we use are our own and have never come into contact with wheat, gluten or dairy. The kitchen is cleaned thoroughly after previous use and again before Gluten-Free Global meals are prepared. Ingredients are stored separately and meals are packaged securely. We understand the risk of contamination and make every effort to ensure our meals are as safe as possible in a non-exclusive environment. Our fresh raw ingredients are selected from local organic sources and are of the highest standard. Where ingredients are ordered from vendors, we request a statement from the manufacturer confirming that the item is gluten/dairy-free and we check back regularly with the manufacturer to ensure that this is still the case each time we use the product. All ingredients used in Gluten-Free Global dishes are available by request. By ordering Gluten-Free Global meal, you accept these conditions and hold Gluten-Free Global free of all liabilities arising from using our products.
